Getting Started as a Child Care Provider

Have you ever thought about starting a family child care program in your home? As more and more parents enter the work force, the need for quality child care continues to grow. One of the most widely used forms of child care is the family child care home. Family child care is a home business option you may want to check out, especially if you would like to stay home with your own children and earn an income.

There are many important things to think about and do before you start your family child care business. Our community has a great need for high quality child care programs. As a family child care provider, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you play an important role in getting the next generation off to a good start. If you have any questions, call the Cortland Area Child Care Council at (607) 753-0106 and we will be happy to answer your questions.
